Address Searches. When you search for a Florida address on ScopeOut, your query is sent to third-party geocoding and data services (including the U.S. Census Bureau, FEMA, USGS, and OpenStreetMap Overpass API) to retrieve neighborhood data. We do not permanently store the specific addresses you search. Searches are processed in real time and are not logged to a database tied to your identity.

Browser Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data, including pages visited, session duration, device type, browser type, approximate geographic location (city-level), and referral source. This data is used to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. Google Analytics may set cookies on your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

Cookies. ScopeOut uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics), advertising (Google AdSense), and to store local preferences such as your Pro unlock status. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Advertising. We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your browsing activity. You can manage your ad personalization settings at Google Ads Settings.

Contact Information. If you contact us via email or through our contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, email address, message content) solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add this information to marketing lists or share it with third parties.
